A casserole for ranch lovers? Challenge accepted. This Bacon Chicken Ranch Casserole is made with a creamy cheese sauce using our new Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing Seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 7 slices of bacon chopped
  • 8 ounces cooked penne pasta

Instructions

  • First, we make the cream sauce for the casserole. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Gradually add the flour and whisk until it looks like wet sand. Remove from heat.
  • Add the water and Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate and whisk well. Then add the warm milk and seasonings. Whisk continuously and turn heat up to medium. Whisk until it gets thick.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cream sauce, chicken, garlic, ranch dressing seasoning mix, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, half of the chopped bacon, and pasta. Gently mix until well combined.
  • Add the casserole ingredients to your casserole dish. Then top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes and enjoy!

We are used to enjoying a cup of Bone Broth on its own. But during the holidays, we love any excuse to go 'cocoa' for chocolate.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Dash of vanilla

Instructions

  • In a small pot over medium heat, whisk together all the ingredients until it’s well combined and coming to a light boil.
  • Serve while hot and garnish with your favorite hot cocoa toppings like marshmallow, chocolate or whipped cream. Cheers!

We love a recipe that doesn't take space on the stove or oven for Thanksgiving. This Instant Pot Green Beans recipe is so easy and tastes delicious with our Zoup! Good, Really Good broth. SAVE this recipe to use for next week's Turkey Day celebrations!

  • 12 ounces green beans trimmed
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 4 pieces of bacon diced
  • ½ cup chopped onion

Instructions

  • Directions
  • Place steamer basket into your Instant Pot. Add the green beans on top and pour the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth over the beans.
  • Select Pressure Cook (manual) and High Pressure. Set the timer to 0 minutes. Once the pot has come to pressure and turns off, quick release and remove lid.
  • Remove the green beans and set aside.
  • Turn pressure cooker to, Saute mode. Add the bacon and cook until it begins to brown. Then add the onion and saute until translucent.
  • Turn the Instant Pot off. While the pot is still warm, toss the green beans in with the bacon. Serve and enjoy!

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup turkey pan drippings
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp xathan gum
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Directions
  • In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter. Slowly add pan drippings and broth, whisking until smooth. Bring to a boil and then add the Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Add the xanthan gum and whisk to combine. Simmer another 5 – 10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  • If gravy is too thick, thin with more broth. Serve warm.

Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away, so we are giving you our favorite mashed potatoes hack: Zoup! Good, Really Good Broth
Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes washed and peeled
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ large yellow onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a light boil over medium heat. Cover and cook potatoes until they are fork tender – approximately 25 minutes. Draight and set aside.
  • Place cooked potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter. Saute the onion until soft. Add in the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth and garlic. Cook until the liquid is slightly thickened.
  • Add the onion, garlic and broth to your mashed potatoes in your large mixing bowl. Stir in the heavy cream until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot and garnish with chives. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Place potatoes, onions, carrots, Italian seasoning and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth in a crockpot on high for 4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, prepare the ground beef. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain grease and then add ground beef to the crockpot. Add in your chopped bacon to the crockpot as well.
  • Add butter to the skillet and once melted, whisk together with the flour. Cook until flour and butter form a paste and turn a golden brown color. Whisk in the milk, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
  • Pour liquid into the crockpot and stir until well combined. Add the shredded cheese to the crock pot and stir until well combined and melted.
  • Serve in bowls and garnish with cheese and chopped green onions.

French Onion Soup

Soup season is here! Cooler weather means cozier meals. There isn't much better than a French Onion Soup layered with melted cheese on top of cheese.
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 onions thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 8 cups or 2 jars of Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 croissants
  • ½ pound grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, bay leaves, and thyme Cook until onions are soft and caramelized (about 30 minutes).
  • Add the wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the wine has been completely absorbed. Remove the bay leaf and thyme sprigs. Add the flour and heat on low until onions are coated and appear dull.
  • Add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth & soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for ten minutes.
  • While the soup is cooking, cut the croissant into small, bite-size pieces. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until nicely toasted.
  • Remove croissant croutons from the oven and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to broiler.
  • Ladle your soup into oven-safe bowls. Top with your croissant croutons. Cover with your cheese.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted completely and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Spicy Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, add the two chicken breasts and cover with Zoup! Good, Really Good® Spicy Chicken Bone Broth. Bring to a low boil and boil for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.
  • Remove chicken from broth and shred chicken on a plate. Set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cut cream cheese into cubes and set aside.
  • In a medium pot, add the buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder to the pan over medium heat. Add the ranch and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Reduce heat to low and add half of the cheddar cheese until melted. Add the shredded chicken and stir until well mixed.
  • Remove from heat. Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, carrots and celery sticks. Enjoy!

  • ½ cup Kefir
  • 1 large carrot peeled

  • 3 dates
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Peel your carrot and orange. Place carrots, orange, broth, and juice in a blender until thick juice is formed. Next add frozen mango, chia seeds, kefir, spices, ginger and vanilla. Blend again until smooth.

When you have Zoup! Good, Really Good broth on hand, the pasta-bilities are endless! Tonight, we're cookin' up a tasty Vodka Sauce using our Zoup! Good, Really Good Beef Bone Broth.
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ lb penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ¼ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add salt, pepper and garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add vodka and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Stir in broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Place tomato mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Return tomato sauce to the pan and stir in the cream. Cook over medium heat while stirring until thickened. Stir in pasta, garnish with basil and enjoy!

  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp stevia sweetener
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of chili powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and then reduce heat to low.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool completely and then transfer to a jar. Store in refrigerator.
