Our NEW Culinary Concentrates elevate just about any recipe! Today we are cooking up a Chicken Stir Fry using our Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate.
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 baby bok choy quartered
  • 1 package Yakisoba Noodles
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, hot water, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic and corn starch. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil to pan. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper until cooked.
  • Add the remaining oil to the pan and then cook the broccoli, carrots and peppers for approximately 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and bok choy.
  • As soon as the veggies are tender, add the noodles into the pan. Pour the sauce over the stir fry. Mix together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Leftovers are our jam…or should we say soup? One of our favorite ways to stretch Thanksgiving leftovers is with a delicious Turkey Soup.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 8 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¾ cup uncooked pasta small to medium size like shells, rotini, etc.
  • 3 cups chopped turkey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Directions
  • In a large Dutch oven or soup pot, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the carrots, celery, onion and green beans. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  • Add the garlic and cook another minute. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Slowly stir in the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth ,rosemary, salt, herbs and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in your pasta and cook according to its packaging. Add the turkey and lemon juice.
  • Season with more salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!

We love a recipe that doesn't take space on the stove or oven for Thanksgiving. This Instant Pot Green Beans recipe is so easy and tastes delicious with our Zoup! Good, Really Good broth. SAVE this recipe to use for next week's Turkey Day celebrations!

  • 12 ounces green beans trimmed
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 4 pieces of bacon diced
  • ½ cup chopped onion

Instructions

  • Directions
  • Place steamer basket into your Instant Pot. Add the green beans on top and pour the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth over the beans.
  • Select Pressure Cook (manual) and High Pressure. Set the timer to 0 minutes. Once the pot has come to pressure and turns off, quick release and remove lid.
  • Remove the green beans and set aside.
  • Turn pressure cooker to, Saute mode. Add the bacon and cook until it begins to brown. Then add the onion and saute until translucent.
  • Turn the Instant Pot off. While the pot is still warm, toss the green beans in with the bacon. Serve and enjoy!

Keeping it keto this Thanksgiving? This Keto Gravy using our Zoup! Good, Really Good Chicken Bone Broth is so easy and you won't miss any of the carbs.

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup turkey pan drippings
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp xathan gum
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Directions
  • In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter. Slowly add pan drippings and broth, whisking until smooth. Bring to a boil and then add the Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Add the xanthan gum and whisk to combine. Simmer another 5 – 10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  • If gravy is too thick, thin with more broth. Serve warm.

Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away, so we are giving you our favorite mashed potatoes hack: Zoup! Good, Really Good Broth
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes washed and peeled
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ large yellow onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a light boil over medium heat. Cover and cook potatoes until they are fork tender – approximately 25 minutes. Draight and set aside.
  • Place cooked potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter. Saute the onion until soft. Add in the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth and garlic. Cook until the liquid is slightly thickened.
  • Add the onion, garlic and broth to your mashed potatoes in your large mixing bowl. Stir in the heavy cream until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot and garnish with chives. Enjoy!

Get ready to bite into some serious nostalgia. Today we're cooking up our favorite Tuna Casserole made with Zoup! Good, Really Good Seafood Broth and our favorite Safe Catch Foods tuna!
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 8 stalks celery chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • cup flour
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cans Safe Catch Tuna
  • 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fried onions

Instructions

  • Boil water and prepare pasta noodles.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large pan and saute onion, celery, garlic, salt and pepper until translucent.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and cook for 1 minute until well coated. Slowly tir in the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Seafood Broth and milk. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the frozen peas and let the liquid thicken. Then add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the tuna and cooked noodles.
  • Pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with panko crumbs and fried onions.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil from sun-dried tomato jar
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup chopped sundried tomatoes
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp until pink on both sides. Remove from pan.
  • In the same skillet, saute the onion, garlic and sundried tomatoes until onions are translucent.
  • Add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Seafood Broth, stir and heat until liquid is reduced. Turn heat down to low.
  • Add the cream, paprika, and chili flakes. Stir until well combined. Add the parmesan and stir until melted into the sauce.
  • Add the shrimp back and reheat. Sprinkle with fresh basil and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Place potatoes, onions, carrots, Italian seasoning and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth in a crockpot on high for 4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, prepare the ground beef. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain grease and then add ground beef to the crockpot. Add in your chopped bacon to the crockpot as well.
  • Add butter to the skillet and once melted, whisk together with the flour. Cook until flour and butter form a paste and turn a golden brown color. Whisk in the milk, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
  • Pour liquid into the crockpot and stir until well combined. Add the shredded cheese to the crock pot and stir until well combined and melted.
  • Serve in bowls and garnish with cheese and chopped green onions.

French Onion Soup

Soup season is here! Cooler weather means cozier meals. There isn't much better than a French Onion Soup layered with melted cheese on top of cheese.
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 onions thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 8 cups or 2 jars of Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 croissants
  • ½ pound grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, bay leaves, and thyme Cook until onions are soft and caramelized (about 30 minutes).
  • Add the wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the wine has been completely absorbed. Remove the bay leaf and thyme sprigs. Add the flour and heat on low until onions are coated and appear dull.
  • Add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth & soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for ten minutes.
  • While the soup is cooking, cut the croissant into small, bite-size pieces. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until nicely toasted.
  • Remove croissant croutons from the oven and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to broiler.
  • Ladle your soup into oven-safe bowls. Top with your croissant croutons. Cover with your cheese.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted completely and enjoy!

When it somes to weeknight dinners we are all about a one-pan recipe. Try this easy, Honey Garlic Chicken using our Zoup! Good, Really Good Chicken Broth as the base.
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup baby potatoes
  • 14 baby carrots
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 4 cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth, soy sauce, honey and ketchup. Set aside.
  • Add olive oil to a cast iron skillet and heat to medium. Cook chicken thighs for 5 minutes on both sides or until golden. Remove chicken from pans and set aside.
  • Add potatoes and carrots to the pan and saute. Add garlic and onions and saute until translucent.
  • Add the chicken thighs back to the pan and cover with the liquid mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove once the chicken is cooked to 164 degrees and golden brown.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ large onion chopped
  • 2 medium carrots chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • ½ tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • ½ tbsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1.4 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth
  • ¼ cup cream
  • Pumpkin seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Directions
  • In a large soup pot, add the olive oil and saute chopped onions until translucent. Add the chopped carrots and cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic and ginger.
  • Add the pumpkin, thyme, salt, pepper, cumin, nutmeg, chili and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Veggie Broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Either using an immersion blender or blender, puree the soup. Then add cream and stir until well incorporated.
  • Garnish with more cream and pumpkin seeds.

Soup season is here! Today we're taking a twist on Taco Tuesday with this Tex Mex Stew using our flavorful Organic Chicken Broth as the base.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 14 oz Fire-Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 cup rice
  • 5 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Organic Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Cilantro tortilla strips and sour cream (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Turn on pressure cooker to saute. Add olive oil and brown chicken thighs. Remove chicken from pressure cooker and set aside.
  • Add the onions and saute until translucent. Stir in cumin, salt, chili and garlic.
  • Turn off saute and pour in diced tomatoes.
  • Add the rice, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Organic Chicken Broth and chicken.
  • Close and lock the lid. Set to High Pressure and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Let pressure naturally release or manually release.
  • Divide soup among bowls. Garnish with cilantro, tortilla strips and sour cream to your liking and enjoy!
