Ingredients

  • 5 avocados
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • Cilantro and cotija cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add avocados, salt and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Veggie Broth to a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add in hot sauce to taste and combine.
  2. Serve immediately or let chill in fridge for 10 minutes. Top with garnishes and enjoy!
