  • 2 cups Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken (or Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth)
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 5 tbsp. flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. sage


  1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken or Chicken Bone Broth to a boil.

  2. In a separate pot, over low heat, melt the butter and slowly incorporate the flour to create a roux. Cook the roux until golden, then slowly pour in the broth. Increase heat to medium and whisk until smooth and creamy. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and sage.
