Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

We love this super simple Chicken Tortilla Soup using our Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 12 oz bag of frozen corn (thawed
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 12 oz Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 bag leaf


  1. Place all ingredients in Crock Pot and cook on high for 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Place shredded chicken back into soup. Serve with fresh cilantro, sour cream, jalapeño and tortilla chips!
