One-Pot Pasta Dinner

One pot pasta is our favorite meal that seems complicated but is so easy. We've got you!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 oz baby spinach leaves
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves sliced
  • Handful of basil
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add 8 oz linguine, 1 pint cherry tomatoes (sliced in half), 2 oz baby spinach leaves, 1 small onion chopped, 3 garlic cloves sliced, small handful chopped basil, 2 tbsp EVOO, 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper, and 1/2 tsp salt. Pour 4 cups of Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth into pan and bring to boil.

  2. Cook 8 - 10 minutes or until liquid is nearly evaporated.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
