Heat sesame oil in a medium pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper and then place in pan. Brown each side.

Add garlic and ginger and coat the chicken while cooking.

Add 2 cups of Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken begins to fall apart.

While the chicken is cooking, mix together the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, honey and sriracha to make your spicy peanut sauce.

Once the chicken is finished cooking, remove from the pan and shred the chicken. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth, shredded chicken, and bring to a boil.

Then add the udon noodles and cook according to the cooking instructions on the package.

Once noodles are cooked, serve immediately. Garnish with green onions, peanuts, peanut sauce, and lime.
