These rosemary and garlic white beans are an excellent summer side dish to enjoy on a salad, side or on top of bread.

1cupdry white beans
2cupswater
1tspbaking soda
4cupsof Zoup! GoodReally Good® Veggie Broth
3clovesgarlicdiced
2sprigs rosemary
¼onioncut into wedges
½tspsalt
2tbspolive oil
1tbsplemon juice
Instructions
Soak the beans in water and baking soda overnight. The beans will double in size.
Add the beans, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Veggie Broth, garlic, rosemary, and onion to a Crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours or until beans are tender. Depending on how soupy you like your beans, you may want to add more Zoup! Good, Really Good® Veggie Broth.
Once the beans are finished, serve in a bowl and garnish with olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and salt and pepper.
