olive oil

of garlic

onion
chopped

carrot
chopped

oregano

tsp
ginger

thyme
Pinch
of red pepper flakes
Pinch
of turmeric

can pumpkin

tbsp
maple syrup

cup
coconut milk

jar of Zoup! Good
Really Good® Veggie Broth
Instructions
Add olive oil to a pan and heat on medium-high heat. Then saute the garlic, onion, carrot and spices together until veggies are tender.
Once the veggies are cooked, place in a blender and blend veggies with all remaining ingredients until smooth.
Return soup to a pan and heat until desired temperature. Serve with coconut milk drizzle and pumpkin seeds for garnish.
