Chicken Stir Fry

Our NEW Culinary Concentrates elevate just about any recipe! Today we are cooking up a Chicken Stir Fry using our Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 baby bok choy quartered
  • 1 package Yakisoba Noodles
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, hot water, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic and corn starch. Set aside.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil to pan. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper until cooked.
  3. Add the remaining oil to the pan and then cook the broccoli, carrots and peppers for approximately 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and bok choy.
  4. As soon as the veggies are tender, add the noodles into the pan. Pour the sauce over the stir fry. Mix together until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
