In a large slow cooker, mix together the crushed tomatoes, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth, tomato paste, bay leaves, red pepper flakes, & Italian seasoning.

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, parsley, garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and milk together. Form into meatballs and place into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until fully cooked.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut your sub rolls and fill with meatballs. Place a slice of mozzarella on the top and bake until the cheese is melted - about five minutes.
