Bell Pepper Chili Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bell peppers
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Black Bean Chili
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut your bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Fill with Zoup! Good, Really Good® Black Bean Chili.
  3. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
