Tuscan Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 jars Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 3 handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cans great northern beans
  • 1/3 cup pesto

Toppings

  • Roasted Red Pepper
  • Feta

Instructions

  • Combine Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth, spinach, chicken, and beans in large soup pot. Cover and heat on high just until soup simmers. Add pesto and stir. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for two minutes.
  • Ladle into bowls. Top with roasted red pepper and feta.
