Immune Boosting Smoothie

Back-to-school season is here and we're looking for breakfasts that give us an immunity boost. This smoothie is packed with Vitamin C from the orange juice, powerful probiotics from the kefir & Zoup! Good, Really Good Beef Bone Broth to support gut health.

  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • cup Orange Juice
  • ½ cup Kefir
  • 1 large carrot peeled
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 dates
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp vanilla


  • Peel your carrot and orange. Place carrots, orange, broth, and juice in a blender until thick juice is formed. Next add frozen mango, chia seeds, kefir, spices, ginger and vanilla. Blend again until smooth.
