Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Introducing the easiest Chicken Pot Pie recipe there is! All you need is a jar of Zoup! Good, Really Good Chicken Potpie Soup and @pillsbury Crescent Rolls.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Pillsbury Cresent Rolls
  • 1 jar of Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Potpie Soup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease 4 small ramekins and set aside. Cut a small circle of Crescent Roll dough to place into each ramekin.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. While dough is baking, cut small strips of dough for the top of your pies.
  • Remove ramekins and fill with Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Potpie Soup. Top with more dough and place back into oven for 10 minutes or until pies have reached your desired browness. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cooked black-eyed peas
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • ½ large onion diced
  • ½ tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 cups Zoup! Good Really Good Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 ½ cups chopped collard greens
  • ½ lb cooked ham diced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup of canned petite diced tomatoes not drained
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  • The night before, either prep your peas by soaking overnight or use canned Black-Eyed Peas.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute carrots, celery, onion and garlic until softened.
  • Stir in the drained black-eyed peas, Zoup! Good, Really Good Beef Bone Broth, collard greens, ham, salt, tomatoes and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, cover and heat on low simmer for 2 ½ hours.
  • Discard bay leaves. Taste and season with salt and pepper to liking. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can kidney beans drained
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with jalapeno
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth

Instructions

  • In a soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and brown.
  • Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until ground beef is well coated.
  • Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, pumpkin puree, tomato paste and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth. Stir to combine.
  • Cover pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir and continue to cook for another 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings to liking. Top with sour cream, cheese, and any other chili topping of your choice. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby gold potatoes
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Wash potatoes and pierce each potato with sharp knife.
  • Place the rosemary, thyme, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth, olive oil, butter and salt in Instagram Pot. Add the potatoes and stir until well-coated.
  • Pressure cook at High Pressure for 15 minutes. Then, quick release.
  • Open the lid and turn the Instant Pot to Saute function. Continue to cook until no remaining liquid is left.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Instant Pot Rice and Mushroom Soup

We love any recipe that is not only delicious, but saves us time during our busy weeknights. This Instant Pot Rice and Mushroom Soup is a favorite and made with our Zoup! Good, Really Good Beef Bone Broth for added flavor.
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 carrots chopped
  • 3 celery stalks chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 6 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups small potatoes diced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp water
  • cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Turn the Instant Pot on to “Saute.” Add the butter and then saute the onions until softened. Add the carrots, celery and mushrooms. Stir for another minute and turn Instant Pot off.
  • Add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, pepper, rice and potatoes to the Instant Pot.
  • Add the lid to the Instant Pot and seal closed. Select “Pressure Cook” and set timer to 30 minutes on “High” pressure.
  • Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. But then use the quick release method to let the remaining pressure out. Then you can remove the lid.
  • Combine flour and water in a bowl and whisk until smooth, set aside.
  • Add the spinach to the Instant pot. Stir the flour and water mixture into the soup. Then add the cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until soup is thickened and well incorporated.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • 12 oz green beans

Instructions

  • Trim ends of green beans.
  • In a large pan over medium heat, add Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add green beans, cover and steam for 3 minutes.
  • Add garlic and stir well to combine. Recover and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and add soy sauce.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!

  • 3 cups peaches peeled
  • 3 yellow tomatoes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber peeled
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place peaches, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and garlic in a food processor or blender. Blend until well combined.
  • Add lime juice, vinegar, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, hot sauce, salt & pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate, covered for 4 hours. Serve chilled and topped with chopped peaches, cucumber & tomatoes. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 Russet potatoes
  • 1 cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish and set aside.
  • Wash and peel potatoes. Then slice potatoes ¼ inch thick.
  • Melt butter over medium heat in a large pot. Add the onion and saute until translucent.
  • Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Then add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth and cream. Mix well.
  • Add the potatoes and simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
  • Place the potatoes into your pan. Add any remaining sauce over the top.
  • You can either bake the potatoes immediately or refrigerate prior to baking. If you do plan to refrigerate, the day you plan to bake the potatoes, allow the pan to come to room temperature by leaving your potatoes out for an hour before baking.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and then enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup white rice
  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice approximately ½ a lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet that has a matching lid, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onion and chopped bell pepper. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the rice and continue to cook until well combined. Then add the water and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate. Cook uncovered for 8 minutes.
  • Cover with lid and continue to cook for another 8 minutes. Once rice is cooked, turn off heat and add cilantro and lime to rice. Stir until well combined. Taste and add salt and pepper to desired taste. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 3 – 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup couscous
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook chicken until browned on both sides.
  • Move chicken to side of pan and add the chopped onion. Cook until onion is translucent. Add the garlic, cumin & paprika. Stir into the onions.
  • Pour in 1 cup of water and 1 tsp Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate. Bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, reduce to simmer, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Take the lid off and using a thermometer make sure the chicken has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
  • Pour the lemon juice, chopped pepper and couscous into the pan. Stir until well combined. Return the chicken to the pot, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove lid and fluff up the couscous with a fork. Once couscous is finished cooking, sprinkle with fete, chopped green onion and cherry tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 24 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 6 oz can of tomato paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • In a large slow cooker, mix together the crushed tomatoes, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth, tomato paste, bay leaves, red pepper flakes, & Italian seasoning.
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, parsley, garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and milk together. Form into meatballs and place into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until fully cooked.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut your sub rolls and fill with meatballs. Place a slice of mozzarella on the top and bake until the cheese is melted – about five minutes.

We love a one-pot pasta recipe to make clean-up a breeze. This Italian Sausage Bucatini with a tomato-wine sauce is packed with flavor from our Beef Base with Bone Broth.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 shallot thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 2 tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Base with Bone Broth
  • 1 ¾ cups fire roasted tomato
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1 lb bucatini
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Shredded parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot over medium heat, brown the pork sausage with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add another 1 tbsp of olive oil and saute the shallot and garlic until translucent. Add the chili powder and chili flakes and stir until well combined.
  • Deglaze the pan by adding the white wine and stir. Cook until slightly reduced and then add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Base with Bone Broth. Stir until well combined.
  • Add the fire roasted tomato and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the bucatini and cook for 10 minutes covered, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the past is cooked to your liking, add the sausage back in.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with shredded parmesan cheese.
