Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Introducing the easiest Chicken Pot Pie recipe there is! All you need is a jar of Zoup! Good, Really Good Chicken Potpie Soup and @pillsbury Crescent Rolls.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Pillsbury Cresent Rolls
  • 1 jar of Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Potpie Soup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease 4 small ramekins and set aside. Cut a small circle of Crescent Roll dough to place into each ramekin.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. While dough is baking, cut small strips of dough for the top of your pies.
  • Remove ramekins and fill with Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Potpie Soup. Top with more dough and place back into oven for 10 minutes or until pies have reached your desired browness. Serve and enjoy!

Scalloped Potatoes with Mushroom Bisque

The secret ingredient to the tastiest Scalloped Potatoes? Zoup! Good, Really Good Portabella Mushroom Bisque!
Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • cup onions chopped
  • cup bacon bits
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Portabella Mushroom Bisque
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×9 baking dish and set aside.
  • Peel the potatoes and slice them ⅛ inch thick. Put the sliced potatoes in a medium-size bowl filled with cold water. Set aside.
  • In a medium pan, heat the butter and saute the bacon bits and chopped onions until the onions are translucent.
  • Add the flour and stir until well coated. Add the milk and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Portabella Mushroom Bisque and stir until flour is mixed in and smooth. Add the spices and mix until well incorporated.
  • Take off heat and stir in the sour cream. Set aside.

Butternut Squash Macaroni and Cheese

This 3-ingredient Butternut Squash Mac ‘n Cheese is sure to become a new weeknight favorite! Melt cheddar cheese into our Zoup! Good, Really Good Butternut Squash Soup, mix with cooked macaroni noodles and then sprinkle with more cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • ½ lb macaroni noodles
  • 1 jar of Zoup! Good Really Good® Butternut Squash Soup
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a large pot, boil water and prepare macaroni noodles according to package.
  • In a second large pot, heat the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Butternut Squash Soup until it begins to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Once the pasta is ready, stir into the Butternut Squash and cheese mixture.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a casserole dish and then place the macaroni mixture into dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 – 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
  • Serve and enjoy!

The secret ingredient for the tastiest risotto? Our Portabella Mushroom Bisque! That’s right, the creaminess of our Zoup! Good, Really Good soup brings this risotto to another level.
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth
  • 1 ½ cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Portabella Mushroom Bisque
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • 1 tbsp chopped thyme
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  • Heat the broth and bisque in a saucepan over medium heat until hot.
  • In another saucepan, add the olive oil and saute the onion for 5 minutes. Stir in the rice and thyme. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the hot soup mixture to the rice mixture and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed stirring often.
  • While the rice is cooking, saute the mushrooms in the butter until tender. Set aside to garnish the risotto.
  • Once the rice is tender, stir in the parmesan. Serve and top with mushrooms and additional parmesan. Enjoy!

  • 2 medium bell peppers

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut your bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Fill with Zoup! Good, Really Good® Black Bean Chili.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cooked black-eyed peas
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • ½ large onion diced
  • ½ tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 cups Zoup! Good Really Good Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 ½ cups chopped collard greens
  • ½ lb cooked ham diced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup of canned petite diced tomatoes not drained
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  • The night before, either prep your peas by soaking overnight or use canned Black-Eyed Peas.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute carrots, celery, onion and garlic until softened.
  • Stir in the drained black-eyed peas, Zoup! Good, Really Good Beef Bone Broth, collard greens, ham, salt, tomatoes and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, cover and heat on low simmer for 2 ½ hours.
  • Discard bay leaves. Taste and season with salt and pepper to liking. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 jars of Zoup! Good Really Good® Tomato Bisque
  • 8 oz of dry Rigatoni Pasta approximately half a box
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a casserole dish.
  • In a large pot, heat Zoup! Good, Really Good® Tomato Bisque until it comes to a boil.
  • Add pasta and cook for 14 minutes stirring occasionally so the pasta does not stick to the pot and is cooked evenly.
  • Turn off the heat and mix in the spinach and mushrooms. Then pour the pasta mixture into casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can kidney beans drained
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with jalapeno
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth

Instructions

  • In a soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and brown.
  • Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until ground beef is well coated.
  • Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, pumpkin puree, tomato paste and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth. Stir to combine.
  • Cover pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir and continue to cook for another 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings to liking. Top with sour cream, cheese, and any other chili topping of your choice. Enjoy!

Salmon with Creamy Pepper Sauce

This salmon dish will sure to become a new staple in your weekly dinner menu! Enjoy this creamy sauce with marinated bell peppers with your seared salmon all cooked to perfection with our Zoup! Good, Really Good Seafood Broth.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 10 oz marinated roasted bell peppers
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup mascarpone
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add the salmon and sear for 4 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the shallot to pan and cook over low heat for 1 – 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Seafood Broth to deglaze the pan. Add the sun dried tomatoes, bell peppers, and cream.
  • Once it starts to boil, add the mascarpone and parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy. Add the salmon back to the sauce. Sprinkle with lemon juice and continue to cook until salmon is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with basil and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ small onion diced
  • ¼ cup carrots diced
  • ¼ cup celery diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ½ cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • ½ lb chicken cooked
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup orzo uncooked

Instructions

  • Heat butter over medium heat in a large soup pan. Saute the onion, carrot and celery until softened or about 5 minutes. Then add the garlic and stir until fragrant.
  • Add the seasonings, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce and stir until well coated. Then add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth and chicken and bring to a simmer.
  • While the soup simmers, prepare your orzo according to the packaging in a separate pot. Drain once cooked.
  • Reduce soup to low and stir in the heavy cream. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  • Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and then stir in the lemon juice and cooked orzo. Enjoy!

One of our favorite go-to breakfasts: chilaquiles! Something about tortilla chips coated with a flavorful salsa boosted with our Culinary Concentrates take this egg dish to new heights.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion diced
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 16 oz salsa verde
  • 1 ½ cups waer
  • 1 ½ tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Culinary Concentrate
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup queso fresco
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ red onion for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  • Add the salsa, water and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Culinary Concentrate. Bring to a simmer until salsa thickens. Remove from heat.
  • Add the tortilla chips and gently stir until well coated. Transfer to a plate.
  • Heat the rest of the olive oil and fry the eggs.
  • Top the chilaquiles with eggs, cheese, avocado, onions and cilantro.
