Chicken Stir Fry

Our NEW Culinary Concentrates elevate just about any recipe! Today we are cooking up a Chicken Stir Fry using our Chicken Base with Bone Broth.

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Base with Bone Broth
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 baby bok choy quartered
  • 1 package Yakisoba Noodles
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Base with Bone Broth, hot water, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic and corn starch. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil to pan. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper until cooked.
  • Add the remaining oil to the pan and then cook the broccoli, carrots and peppers for approximately 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and bok choy.
  • As soon as the veggies are tender, add the noodles into the pan. Pour the sauce over the stir fry. Mix together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
