Get ready to bite into some serious nostalgia. Today we're cooking up our favorite Tuna Casserole made with Zoup! Good, Really Good Seafood Broth and our favorite Safe Catch Foods tuna!
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 8 stalks celery chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • cup flour
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cans Safe Catch Tuna
  • 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fried onions

Instructions

  • Boil water and prepare pasta noodles.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large pan and saute onion, celery, garlic, salt and pepper until translucent.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and cook for 1 minute until well coated. Slowly tir in the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Seafood Broth and milk. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the frozen peas and let the liquid thicken. Then add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the tuna and cooked noodles.
  • Pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with panko crumbs and fried onions.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cook Time: 5 hours
Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 3 russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Place potatoes, onions, carrots, Italian seasoning and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth in a crockpot on high for 4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, prepare the ground beef. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain grease and then add ground beef to the crockpot. Add in your chopped bacon to the crockpot as well.
  • Add butter to the skillet and once melted, whisk together with the flour. Cook until flour and butter form a paste and turn a golden brown color. Whisk in the milk, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
  • Pour liquid into the crockpot and stir until well combined. Add the shredded cheese to the crock pot and stir until well combined and melted.
  • Serve in bowls and garnish with cheese and chopped green onions.

Honey Garlic Chicken One Pan Meal

When it somes to weeknight dinners we are all about a one-pan recipe. Try this easy, Honey Garlic Chicken using our Zoup! Good, Really Good Chicken Broth as the base.
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup baby potatoes
  • 14 baby carrots
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 4 cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth, soy sauce, honey and ketchup. Set aside.
  • Add olive oil to a cast iron skillet and heat to medium. Cook chicken thighs for 5 minutes on both sides or until golden. Remove chicken from pans and set aside.
  • Add potatoes and carrots to the pan and saute. Add garlic and onions and saute until translucent.
  • Add the chicken thighs back to the pan and cover with the liquid mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove once the chicken is cooked to 164 degrees and golden brown.

The secret to our Chicken Tacos is marinating the chicken low and slow with our Zoup! Good, Really Good Chicken Broth and Chipotles.
Cook Time: 4 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 7 oz can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • ¼ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth

Instructions

  • In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts in the cooker. Cover with salt, pepperm sliced onions, minced garlic, chipotle peppers and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks. Then prepare your chicken tacos with your favorite tortillas and all the fixings. Enjoy!

Campfire Jambalaya

Going camping this summer? We love these Campfire Jambalaya packets you can cook over a BBQ, campfire or even in your oven at home.
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Aluminum Foil
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 14 oz Kielbasa sliced
  • ½ lb shrimp
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tsp cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Instant rice
  • 1 cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth

Instructions

  • If using a grill or oven, preheat to 400 degrees. If cooking over a campfire, cook for 20 – 40 minutes depending on how hot your coals are.
  • Cut large sheets of aluminum foil. Coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together all the ingredients.
  • Divide mixture evenly among each sheet of foil. Fold the aluminum foil together into a tight package.
  • If you are cooking in the oven, place packets on a sheet pan. Otherwise, you can place your packets directly on the grill or campfire. Cook for 30 minutes or until shrimp is pink and rice is cooked.

Greek Chicken Sheet Pan Meal

This Greek Chicken Sheet Pan meal is so easy and sure to impress all your guests! We marinated chicken thighs with a Spicy Chicken Broth and Greek Yogurt marinade overnight and then when it's dinner time, add all these tasty ingredients to one pan, bake and enjoy!
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 small shallot sliced
  • Fresh oregano 1 – 2 sprigs
  • Fresh rosemary 1 – 2 sprigs
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Spicy Chicken broth
  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • ¼ cup olives
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 – 2 cups small potatoes quartered
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • Mint and dill for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, shallot, oregano, rosemary, Greek yogurt, balsamic vinegar, and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Spicy Chicken broth to create your marinade.
  • Place your chicken thighs in the marinade and store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • When you are ready to bake, preheat the oven to 425 and add some olive oil to your sheet pan. Then place the chicken thighs on the sheet pan. Surround the chicken thighs with the potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives and lemon slices.
  • Bake chicken for 30 – 40 minutes or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165. Remove from the oven and dispose of the oregano and thyme.
  • Garnish with feta cheese, mint and dill. Serve immediately and enjoy!
