Creamy Vodka Sauce

When you have Zoup! Good, Really Good broth on hand, the pasta-bilities are endless! Tonight, we're cookin' up a tasty Vodka Sauce using our Zoup! Good, Really Good Beef Bone Broth.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • ½ lb penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ¼ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add salt, pepper and garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add vodka and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Stir in broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Place tomato mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Return tomato sauce to the pan and stir in the cream. Cook over medium heat while stirring until thickened. Stir in pasta, garnish with basil and enjoy!

If we are going to enjoy soup in the Summer, it's gotta be packed with seafood. Our Zoup! Good, Really Good Seafood Broth is the perfect base for this Seafood Stew complete with shrimp, mussels and halibut.
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • 3 oz cooked chorizo
  • 1 cup diced fennel
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves smashed & sliced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 cups of Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz halibut
  • ½ lb mussels
  • ½ lb shrimp
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil over medium heat and saute the fennel. Once the fennel has softened slightly, add the onion and cook until tender. Add garlic and continue to saute until golden.
  • Add the tomato paste and stir until well combined. Add the white wine, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Seafood Broth, tomatoes, and chorizo. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the halibut and shrimp. Simmer for a few minutes and then add your mussels. Cook until the mussels are fully opened. Serve immediately and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon.

Going camping this summer? We love these Campfire Jambalaya packets you can cook over a BBQ, campfire or even in your oven at home.
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Aluminum Foil
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 14 oz Kielbasa sliced
  • ½ lb shrimp
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tsp cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Instant rice
  • 1 cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth

Instructions

  • If using a grill or oven, preheat to 400 degrees. If cooking over a campfire, cook for 20 – 40 minutes depending on how hot your coals are.
  • Cut large sheets of aluminum foil. Coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together all the ingredients.
  • Divide mixture evenly among each sheet of foil. Fold the aluminum foil together into a tight package.
  • If you are cooking in the oven, place packets on a sheet pan. Otherwise, you can place your packets directly on the grill or campfire. Cook for 30 minutes or until shrimp is pink and rice is cooked.

Bacon Pepperjack Macaroni and Cheese

Hello Bacon Pepperjack Macaroni, nice to meet you! We love a good twist on a classic, which is why your whole family will love this Mac and Cheese.
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 6 oz Penne Pasta
  • 10 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 16 oz Pepper Jack cheese
  • 8 oz bacon about 8 slices
  • ½ cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Bring broth to a boil and then boil penne pasta per pasta directions.
  • While the pasta is cooking, cook your bacon in a large skillet. Once cooked, set aside and let cool.
  • Once pasta is cooked, drain pasta and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 8 tbsp of butter and mix together with the flour until a thick paste forms. Then slowly stir in the milk and cream. Add the salt and pepper and combine well. Stir until the sauce thickens. Turn off heat and set aside.
  • Place the cooked pasta in the baking dish. Cover with the cream sauce. Then sprinkle the pasta with pepper jack cheese until completely covered. Then sprinkle the bacon on top. Combine in the baking dish until well combined.
  • Then add ½ cup bread crumbs to the top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Then broil for approximately 3 minutes or until bread crumbs have browned.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth
  • 2 cups non-dairy yogurt
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the Veggie Broth to a boil.
  • While the broth is heating, combine the yogurt and flour in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Reduce heat of the broth and add the yogurt and remaining ingredients to the pan. Stir until thickened.
  • Serve immediately with chips and enjoy!

Greek Chicken Sheet Pan Meal

This Greek Chicken Sheet Pan meal is so easy and sure to impress all your guests! We marinated chicken thighs with a Spicy Chicken Broth and Greek Yogurt marinade overnight and then when it's dinner time, add all these tasty ingredients to one pan, bake and enjoy!
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 small shallot sliced
  • Fresh oregano 1 – 2 sprigs
  • Fresh rosemary 1 – 2 sprigs
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Spicy Chicken broth
  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • ¼ cup olives
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 – 2 cups small potatoes quartered
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • Mint and dill for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, shallot, oregano, rosemary, Greek yogurt, balsamic vinegar, and Zoup! Good, Really Good® Spicy Chicken broth to create your marinade.
  • Place your chicken thighs in the marinade and store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • When you are ready to bake, preheat the oven to 425 and add some olive oil to your sheet pan. Then place the chicken thighs on the sheet pan. Surround the chicken thighs with the potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives and lemon slices.
  • Bake chicken for 30 – 40 minutes or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165. Remove from the oven and dispose of the oregano and thyme.
  • Garnish with feta cheese, mint and dill. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • 1 cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp stevia sweetener
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of chili powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and then reduce heat to low.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool completely and then transfer to a jar. Store in refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • ¾ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper and cook for 1 – 2 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
  • Once the shrimp are fully cooked, remove from pan. If needed, add a bit more olive oil to the pan and then add the onion, bell pepper, asparagus, zucchini, lemon zest, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are beginning to soften.
  • Add the chicken broth and lemon to the vegetables. Then add the shrimp and combine. Remove from heat and enjoy alone or over rice.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 pieces of celery chopped
  • 1 cup of red onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 4 tbsp pickles chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Boil the elbow macaroni according to the package in your Zoup! Good Really Good Chicken Bone Broth. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
  • While the elbow macaroni is boiling, prepare your hardboiled eggs. Once you peel the eggs, separate the egg yolk into a separate bowl.
  • Chop the egg whites and combine them in a bowl with the chopped celery, red onion, bell pepper, and pickles. Then add the cooked macaroni and stir until well combined.
  • Mash up the egg yolks with a fork. Then stir in the mayonnaise, pickle juice, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture until well combined. Serve immediately or let chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Heading into the 4th of July weekend, we're going to let you in on a little secret to our favorite BBQ Brats. Yeah, you guessed it, we make them with Zoup! Good, Really Good broth.

Ingredients

  • 10 Bratwurst
  • 1 ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 10 Hot Dog Buns
  • Mustard

Instructions

  • Grill bratwurst for 10 minutes.
  • In a crockpot, add the bratwurst, broth and BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 3 hours.
  • Once finished, serve on hot dog buns with mustard and enjoy!

Creamy Parmesan Lemon Salmon

This pan-seared salmon with lemon cream sauce and couscous is sure to make it to your weekly dinner menu. Made with rich Zoup! Good, Really Good Seafood Broth and cream, it's delicious to the last bite.
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ finely chopped onion
  • 1 ½ minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup couscous
  • ¼ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • Fresh dill and chives for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish we grilled them to give a smoky flavor

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, prepare couscous per directions but swap the water for Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth to give it a richer taste.
  • While the couscous is cooking, heat the pan over medium-high heat until the pan is very hot. Add olive oil and then grill salmon, skin side down, for 4-5 minutes. Carefully flip salmon and cook for another 4 minutes.
  • Remove the salmon from pan and set aside. In the same pan, saute the chopped onion and garlic until softened. Then add crushed pepper, cream, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Seafood Broth, parmesan and lemon. Cook until well combined and parmesan is melted.
  • Return the salmon to the sauce and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Add prepared couscous to the salmon dish. Garnish with chopped chives and fresh dill and enjoy!
